How long do we keep your information?
We regularly review the personal information that we store and hold to comply with our legal obligations. Some types of personal data, such as your periodic training records, must be kept for up to six years.
We will keep driver CPC records data for six years
We will keep driving license data for two years
We will shred all hard copy documentation such as registration sheets.

Who has access to your information?
We share your information with JAUPT (Joint Approval Unit for Periodic Training) for monitoring and managing approved training centers and training uploads to the DVSA. We may also share your information with member state authorities to verify your Driver CPC entitlement abroad.
